Session synopsis: Bringing together different strands of work spanning from PROMs/PREMs data collection, greater links with the Trauma Audit Research Network (TARN), an outcome focused approach looking at improvements rehabilitation service provision and patient flow, and better access to data from different sources; this session will highlight how the South Wales Trauma Network is embedding a Value Based Healthcare approach.
