Deputy Director of Transformation & Head of BCU Pathways

I am an NHS Manager with 21 years experience of working for BCUHB in a variety of roles which require continuous improvement and transformational change skills. In recent years I've held the positions of Head of Improvement & PMO and North Wales Orthopaedic Network Manager, but have recently joined the newly formed Transformation team, as Deputy Director of Transformation & Head of Care Pathways.
