Head of Value Based Health Care

Dee is the new Head of Value Based Health Care at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board, and is leading on enabling the vision for VBHC to be delivered, improving the outcomes and experiences of patients, to utilise our resources effectively.  

With 25 years’ experience in the NHS, Welsh Government and UK Policing, in developing, implementing and evaluating, innovative and improvement programmes. She has a passion for population health, improving citizens’ lives and outcomes, and working collaboratively with colleagues, industry, and patients to deliver the best patient centred service we can.
