Information Analyst

Adam Watkins works as an Information Analyst at Improvement Cymru, supporting various pieces of national improvement work including the all-Wales Mental Health Outcome Measures project. He is currently undertaking an MPhil at Cardiff University’s School of Healthcare Studies on the viability of nurse-reported experience as a tool to detect understaffing on mental health inpatient wards, using computerised adaptive testing. He has been working with Swansea Bay Psychological Therapies on the analysis of the CORE-OM data that they have been collecting.
