Clinical Outcomes – Access to Audit and Registry data

Session synopsis: Understanding the clinical impact of the care we provide, reducing unwarranted variations and improve standards of care are at the heart of audits and registries across multitude conditions and diseases. Despite a recognition of the need to collect this data, it is still, in most cases, proving challenging to routinely access to inform care and service transformation.

This session will explore some of the systematic challenges and the different approaches being developed to unlock these. The Panel will also explore the aspirations and the art of the possible once this data is routinely available.
