Synopsis:
Data dashboards aim to triangulate case mix, outcome and costing data. Delegates will be able to see phase 1 of the knee dashboard, presenting an all-Wales view of case mix, activity and PROMs data.
Case studies of further orthopaedic analysis will also be shared, showing that clinical and patient outcome data can be brought together to help drive improvement and optimise outcomes.
