Session synopsis:

This session will focus on the role of PROMs in a 21st century health system and how PROMs can help shift conversations between health professionals and patients from 'what is the matter with you?' to also 'what matters to you?'

The session will discuss how the methodical use of clinical outcome measures, patient reported measures and shared decision making can help to drive high value care and how these measures can be used to inform a learning health system.
