Principal Specialist Information, Value Based Healthcare Data Team

Sally has worked within information in the NHS for almost twenty years, mainly in the areas of population health, statistics and data linkage. Sally has worked on many projects across multiple organisations including the Cardiovascular Atlas of Variation (2019), the interactive mapping tool Health Maps Wales and, more recently, Shielded Patients for the NHS Wales Coronavirus information response. Sally joined the Value-Based Health Care team in September 2019, leading a team of analysts within the NHS Wales Informatics Service., now Digital Health and care Wales The team is currently working to facilitate patient journey analysis, achieved by linking up disparate datasets including PROMs and clinical audit and making the data available through outcome data dashboards where users can attain a deeper understanding of the data required to drive improvement.
