Digital Healthcare Consultant

Obafemi worked as an NHS hospital pharmacist for over twenty years with the last ten of these as a Chief Pharmacist / Director of Pharmacy, transformation architect & leader in progressively larger, more complex & challenged provider organisations and remains a GPhC registered pharmacist. He has delivered targeted consultancy & professional advice to the pharmaceutical industry, private healthcare providers & the charity sector for nearly fifteen years & is an experienced Agile Leader dedicated to creating shared purpose & vision whilst leveraging the power of diverse teams across organisations, systems & sectors. He is also an alumnus of the INSEAD Business School & member of its Healthcare Leadership & Innovation Group & Trustee of the Bromley-by-Bow Centre, UK.  

Obafemi joined Roche Diagnostics UK & Ireland in 2019, with responsibility for the provision of consulting services to health & care customer / client frontline multi-disciplinary teams, operational service directors, C-suite executives and system leaders. He is a core member of the Access & Innovation Business Development team and leads on a number of Value-based Healthcare, Value-based Procurement, Digital Healthcare Ecosystem & Agile projects across the UK and EMEA countries.
