Project Support Officer in Psychological Therapies

I have been with the NHS for nearly 4 years. I entered the organisation through the Apprentice Academy as a values programme apprentice. I currently hold the position of a Project Support Officer in Psychological Therapies, here, I have been working on developing how we collect and collate outcome measures which will help us understand more about our service and the interventions we offer. I have been working with Improvement Cymru to develop a platform for the CORE outcome measure.
