National Research and Innovation Lymphoedema Specialist

Dr Marie Gabe-Walters, one of the National Research Leads, completed her nurse training in 2009 and her PhD in Health Sciences in 2012. Marie has worked on a variety of academic projects ranging from work-based training to support active travel to nurse-led medicines monitoring in care homes. More recently, Marie is supporting the development and collection of Patient Reported Outcome and Experience Measures (PROMs and PREMs) for patients with Lymphoedema.
