Session synopsis: Dr Mohid Khan, Gastroenterology Consultant at Cardiff and Vale UHB and Clinical Lead of the South Wales NET service, will describe how the use of patient reported measures (PROMs and PEMs) have helped informed transformation of the new Neuroendocrine Tumour Specialist Service through co-production. He will explore how this information continued to ensure patients voices and experiences are at the centre of its delivery, from using PROMs in consultation to using aggregated PROMs and PREMs in combination with other datasets to inform service delivery and planning.
The session will provide users with an understanding of the challenges and benefits of adopting and using this patient centred approach.
