Synopsis:
A panel of clinicians and patients will discuss how accessible, good quality real-world data is key to driving forward the implementation of person-centered care. Issues such as self-management, shared decision making, remote monitoring, and the need to balance safety with personal choices will be discussed as part of this topical panel session.
