Value in Health Week 2023
Join us for Value in Health week 2023. It’s running from Monday to Friday, November 27th to December 1st.
It’s all virtual on Microsoft Teams and if you sign up for the week, we will send you the timetable and links for each session. You don’t have to join all the sessions of course, you can pick and choose which ones interest you the most and dip in and out of the week. You’re also more than welcome to join us for the whole week!
We’re running the five days centred on two main themes.
Morning sessions are designed to give you an introduction to Value-Based Healthcare in Wales. They’ll be full of the what’s, the who’s, the how’s and most important of all – the why’s – asking why does value in health matter?
Our afternoon sessions are more of a ‘deep dive’ into value - asking how Value-Based Healthcare is making an impact in NHS Wales right now. Hear from some of our ‘value voices’ and find out how teams got Value-Based Healthcare up and running in their service or their health board, and what impact is that having – getting better outcomes for people, reducing waiting lists, making savings?
We’ll have a mixture of panels, discussions, interviews and presentations. We want to make all of our session as interactive as possible, so you’ll get the chance to ask questions throughout the week.
