We’re back! The Value-Based Health Cast returns this Friday (26.04.24).

We’ll be delving into value in primary and community care. 

We’ll hear from Dr Ayla Cosh, GP and Clinical Director of Cardiff and Value Health Inclusion Service (CAVHIS).  Ayla and her team are dedicated to improving patient outcomes within vulnerable groups.

Joining Ayla is Ivana Wong, a cluster pharmacist in Cardiff.  Ivana has led on a new way of dealing with discharge advice letters from secondary care which she can evidence has reduced the number of GP hours spent on it before her project.
