This survey is called internationally the OECD PaRIS International Survey. 

OECD stands for Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development.

PaRIS stands for Patient-Reported Indicator Survey.

For Wales, Welsh Value in Health Centre are co-ordinating the survey on behalf of Welsh Government and NHS Wales.
