Sarah is originally from Italy and joined NHS Wales in 2007 when she helped set up and deliver the 1000 Lives Campaign. Since then she has the lead on the development and delivery of a number of national projects focused on service improvement, person-centred care, patient experience and health literacy. Sarah joined the PROMs, PREMs and Effectiveness Programme in September 2016 which focused on delivering consistent PROMs capture and reporting mechanisms across NHS Wales. The PROMs, PREMs and Effectiveness Programmes merged with the Value in Health Programme in summer 2019.
