Emma is a Project Manager within the Welsh Value in Health Centre team.  She joined NHS Wales in 2015 working within 1000 lives Improvement (now known as Improvement Cymru) and supported the Improvement Cymru Academy programme.  She has worked on a number of projects for Improvement Cymru Academy, including setting up the new Improvement Cymru Academy website and learning management system to support course delivery.  She also project managed the implementation of the Q community in Wales. Emma started with the VIH team in January 2022, initially she will be using her project management skills to support a number of projects associated with the implementation and utilisation of PROMs, as well as other wider value initiatives. In her spare time, Emma likes to be with her children and go on walks around the Welsh countryside
