Wales is the only nation in the United Kingdom taking part in this piece of work.
We will be able to benchmark ourselves with 19 other countries from around the world. Again, that means we will be able to look at how different systems of care and enablers impact on patients’ outcomes.
This will help our policy makers drive the transformation agenda based on evidence and a deeper understanding of what are the outcomes and needs of our patients.
